Technique: My screen capture is showing the "saving" dialogue box in Sumo Paint, which will be added to text in a handout of various steps that are different from Adobe Photoshop.
Process: To use the screen capture options, I held down the FN button and the home/prt sc button, then I cropped the image in sumo paint, and resized using the webresizer.

Process: To capture with Jing, I clicked on the Sun icon at the top of the screen, selected capture, then selected the area that I wanted to capture, saved it as a still image, then I resized it using the webresizer.

Technique: My screen capture demonstrates how to save images in Sumo Paint as well as Pixlr.
Process: I captured the video using Jing, trying to control the size of the video by making my viewing area smaller. I uploaded the video to Screencast.com so I could embed it into my wiki as a widget (youtube does not support .swf file formats).
Technique: I used Kizoa to create my video, which includes transitions and effects; the effects did not turn out very well because of how it zooms in nicely, then suddenly jumps.
Process: You click and drag items into the storyboard, very much like MovieMaker; the interface is easy to use with prompts that add extra assistance.
Technique: I decided to try a different program (Animoto) since my first video was so choppy. I took a 15 second segment (which is the maximum amount of a song that can be used while still abiding the copyright laws) from a song, faded it in and out using Audacity.
Process: You simply upload the photos that you want, choose or upload your music, and pick the background that you want. It was all very simple, however, you have less control or options as far as editing and changing your video.
